From storytelling and imaginative play for our youngest actors to the elements of acting, audition technique, improv, and solo performance for teenagers, our classes help every performer build confidence, creativity, and stage presence.

Kinderdrama

This is the perfect class for teaching young performers the basics of the stage and growing the skills of current theatre students who may have already been exposed to theatre. Students focus on basic acting techniques such as character development, staging, improv and scene work, and work in small groups with short skits and more, all while fostering creativity and a giant imagination.

Young Performers 1

This is the perfect class for teaching young performers the basics of the stage and growing the skills of current students who may have already been exposed to theatre. Students work through mock auditions for a short script and then dive into the world of acting. They focus on basic acting techniques such as character development, staging, improv and scene work, all while fostering creativity and a giant imagination. This class concludes with a small parent presentation at the end.

Young Performers 2

Learning the confidence to improv on stage and in the classroom is such an important tool to have in your actor toolbox. Students explore improv games, scene study through short scripts, and team building exercises that help build ensemble and group work on stage while growing basic acting skills. Whether you are new to theatre or want to keep growing your skills, this exciting class is for you.

Cabaret Master Class

Ages 13–18

Eight weeks, concluding in a cabaret performance

How to choose material suited to your voice, acting ability, and type — then how to act through the song, connect with other actors in scene and improvisation, and build confidence as a solo performer. Skills that carry into the audition room, the rehearsal process, and performance. Eight weeks of solo songs, duets, small group numbers, and scenes from plays and musicals, ending in a cabaret.

Come prepared: Come to the first day prepared with a song and a one-minute monologue. This applies to the Cabaret class only.
